Availability: Currently, the average lead-time between booking and service date is about 3-5 business days. Generally speaking, we do not have same- or next-day appointment availability for new customers.
Typically, all online inquiries receive a personalized response by e-mail before the end of the day — no later than the end of the following business day, whenever possible.
