We were just made aware of an ongoing issue with our web submission form on the site, resulting in our failure to respond to nearly a week’s worth of customer inquiries. That issue has been resolved and we are endeavoring to contact those customers who have been trying in vain to reach us since Monday. Please accept our most sincere apologies for not responding to you in a more timely fashion.
Don’t misunderstand us; we didn’t work for this customer. We’re just really big fans of her own handiness and/or the work of her Handyman. Hopefully, she’ll trackback to us once we’ve posted this link and use us for future painting and installation work — and let’s get that television off the table and onto the wall!
Throughout the week, we’ll post links to Apartment Therapy House Tours or Scavenger Sales or any other ideas we find online that we think might be of interest to our customers, particularly for renters who want to make minor adjustments to their home, but haven’t thought about all of the other things we can do while we’re there — particularly with new faucets, shower handles and light fixtures that can turn a rental into a home, tout-de-suite!
