As we recover from our Neighborhood Street Fair (when we roll downhill, we roll into North Beach — not Polk Street — from atop our side of Russian Hill), we welcome our traditional summertime weather back to San Francisco. All of this sunshine has been causing a sort-of inverse seasonal affective disorder, whereby we’ve been happier, more upbeat and more optimistic than usual. We’re looking forward to a return to our traditionally surly and disagreeable attitude, to be brought about by a week’s worth of fog, dampness and the ongoing traffic congestion created by the Central Subway project.
This week’s calendar is pretty well stocked with work — there are a few windows left for new bookings, here-and-there, but for the most part, it’s going to be difficult to schedule a new job until after June 27th. We hope you’ll continue to get in touch with us if you’re looking for help AFTER the 27th, as there is plenty of time on the calendar after the middle of next week — plus, you never know when a cancellation will free up an entire morning or afternoon before then.
